We really loved this hotel. Everything was so fancy and clean, we really loved the bidets, the room set up, and the amenities. This was the best gym and sauna/spa. The pools and views were amazing, I left with the best tan! The casino was nice and all of the shopping too! The restaurants were great too! Thank you to all the staff for accommodating our needs and allowing for a late check out! Thank you to James the lifeguard at the pools and all his colleagues that helped answer questions and that took the best pictures of us! We LOVED it here, we will be back ! Also the breakfast buffet was great!

Breakfast was great with so many options. The only thing I complained is, there was only two bath towels in the room. When I asked for face towel/washcloth, it never came. For two days stay, we never had one. On the first day, our room got cleaned while we were at breakfast even we did not request it to be cleaned as our things were still cluttered as we did not requested it to be cleaned yet. When my daughter and I came back after breakfast, we saw they came and cleaned. And still no washcloth, This was by the way, requested numerous times.

Family of three here traveling with a 8 month old baby Hotel provided a crib honestly I loved everything about this place customer service is top notch!! What really set them apart though my baby boy bumped his head during our stay and they had medical staff on site paramedic reassured us everything was ok. Now the room was excellent we loved the bathtub so we could clean our baby I did not gamble but the casino floor is very luxury and loved the selection of restaurants inside the resort the breakfast Buffett was on point everyday the staff always took time to say hello and ensure all our needs were met Would absolutely recommend you spend the money to stay here so worth it Only 2 very small minor complaints getting back into the hotel from the SRP Road can be a headache would love to see a dedicated traffic light entrance for the hotel and 2nd the bidet the battery for the remote kept dying those are my only 2 gripes 10 out of 10 would absolutely stay again

Booked 4 rooms, 2nights! all the rooms had a wet, moldy smell, they have to put a dehumidifier in one of the most sinky room , its that bad! The drapes hamdle is broken, the washroom blind is stuck! Took time to sent up maintenance. terrible customer service in both front desk and buffet restaurant staff! Casino entrance leaks on 1 raindy day! Dirty dishes (plates, cups, glasses empty bottles ) are every corner on casino floors! To call this hotel 5 star is very disappointing!
