"The required valet parking was not mentioned when we reviewed the Hyatt website. The valet could not speak understandable English when we tried to figure out how their online valet service worked. When we checked out, we were surprised to be charged for the valet service."

"The resort is changing for the better. However, internet connections and tv options especially for younger visitors at night is very much lacking. Having all details about the resort on phone codes will be difficult for some seniors who may not be computer savvy. Finally, garbage disposal in the garage should be better identified. We did t know what to do until we finally called the front desk. Those are the only suggestions I offer. The stay was incredible the restaurant we visited was very good and the spa , market and petting zoo were terrific. Love the resort. Fall on weekends appears to be the least active time of the year. Regardless, it was a perfect family outing!! Thank you."
