The Space:
Enjoy all the comforts of home at our newly built and decorated house with all new stainless steel appliances, quartz worktops, tile bathrooms, new furniture, and fresh new linens! The House is a 5-bedroom house, sleeping 12 with 4 full baths and an Outdoor Shower! The open floor plan of the kitchen, dining, and living room allows everyone to be together. The large bedrooms give everyone space. Each bedroom is equipped with its own smart TV. In the backyard enjoy a patio with seating and a gas grill for cooking and entertaining. The house has 2 parking spaces in the driveway.

The Perfect Retreat! is within walking distance to The Oceanfront Boardwalk/Beach, Restaurants, Va Beach Conference Centre, The NEW Sports Complex, and just a short drive to First Landing State, Ft Story (and the Cape Story Lighthouse), Va Marine Science Museum, shopping, botanical garden, and fishing.

Bedroom 1: In-Law's Suite with Queen Bed and Spacious Bathroom

Second Floor-
Bedroom 2: Queen Bed
Bedroom 3: 2 Bunk Beds
Bedroom 4: Day Bed (single)
Primary Bedroom (5): King Bed

Other Things to Note:
Parking is limited to the driveway which can only accommodate two vehicles. The garage can have two mid size vehicles parked inside. Let us know if you need further parking accommodation, there is a public car park near by. You may be ticketed if you park on the street from the hours of 8:00 PM - 6:00 AM. Early Check-in / Late check-out - Message us and we will try to accommodate your request. Fees may apply depending on the requested time. Half days (11 AM arrival or 3:30 PM departure) may also be available for 50% of the nightly rate. - Deliveries - We are unable to guarantee package deliveries to the home. It is best to utilise the local post office to hold packages or nearby Amazon Lockers. - Event / Retreats - No events or retreats are allowed unless they have been approved prior to your booking.
