It consists of a large living room, a veranda with a view of the park surrounding the house, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with shower or bath and 2 toilets. The kitchen is very well equipped; the various terraces will allow you to take meals sheltered from the sun, a barbecue to make your summer grills. A cottage adjoining the house includes a bread oven, a bedroom, a private bathroom and toilet. The tranquility of the house will allow you to spend a great holiday. The thickness of the walls makes it a real haven of freshness on hot summer days. Access to the private pool is via a wrought iron gate located under the barn; the pool area is therefore quiet and overlooks the vast meadows surrounding the house. You will have at your disposal a ping pong table, a billiard table and 5 bikes to explore the Lot paths and go shopping in Puy l'Evêque, 5 km away. You can visit Cahors, Saint Cyr Lapopie, Bonaguil ... and indulge in tennis, canoeing or sailing on the Lot. We loved the house and pool, the location was perfect and very peaceful. There is plenty of space and various areas for dining or just relaxing. The poolman, Pascale, is really friendly and helpful. The kitchen, although dated, was very well equipped, but the broken crockery in the cupboards and the tea towels with holes in are things that could be improved at very little cost. We could not find any tools to use with the bbq. There were bats present at night inside the glass extension with a considerable amount of droppings that I cleared up on a daily basis. The bedding in the main bedroom was old and in need of replacing. Belle piscine dont l'accès est également protégé par une grille. Tout ça bien utile avec des enfants en bas âge ! Plusieurs chambres et salles d'eau. Cuisine correctement équipée. 3 endroits abrités pour diner à l'abri selon la météo, dont un avec le BBQ. La demeure est tranquille car longée uniquement par une petite route à très faible circulation; tout en étant à 5 mn en voiture de Puy-L'Évèque. Nombreux points d'intérêts et possibilités de balades dans les environs, à commencer par les nombreux domaines viticoles de l'appellation Cahors !
