The home features two en suite bedrooms with custom tile walk-in showers — a primary suite on the first floor and a secondary suite upstairs. All bathrooms are brand new. The spacious kitchen is ideal for entertaining, with new cabinets, quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, two prep sinks, and plenty of workspace.

Relax in the inviting sunroom, perfect for reading and unwinding. Outside, you'll find stunning gardens, mature ornamental trees, and exceptional outdoor living spaces. Enjoy a large bluestone patio shaded by a pergola with grape vines, complete with a built-in outdoor grill and quartz counter. A recessed patio area with beautiful stone walls surrounds a Hot Spring hot tub for ultimate relaxation. On the other side of the house, a private, shaded courtyard offers more lush gardens, bird feeders, water features, and an outdoor shower.

The home comes fully equipped with everything you need: bed linens, bath and beach towels, hair dryers, soap, a first aid kit, wifi, and more. Bonus: Included with your stay is the use of our rugged 4-door Jeep Wrangler for exploring the island (waiver required).
