Perfect Location!

Rita’s home was a last minute stay for us, and how glad we are that we ended up there! It is so comfortable, clean and spacious. Great for a family stay. The train stop is so close- great for getting into Venice. Also a very convenient drive to the Dolomites, Verona, Treviso and the other lovely places in the area. Rita was always so responsive. Any issue that arose she addressed right away. We were so happy with our stay!

We stayed at the property for 1 week and we loved every moment of it. The host was very kind and helpful with all information whenever asked for help. The house was all clean with every necessity at hand. It is a very quiet area and my children loved it too. Hopefully if we are back in Italy again we’d like to book this again. Grazie Rita !

Great flat with gorgeous hosts

We (small family with two kids 4y / 6y) had the luck to stay a week in the guesthouse Rita. Everything was great and the house was awesome! The huge living / cooking room had all stuff we needed! The bedrooms had great beds and lots of space for all clothes we had. The bath was big and had a great shower! All rooms have an air con! Antonio and his wife took care of all our needs in a very friendly way. Highly recommended! Many thanks for everything!

The owner of the property was very welcoming and polite. We were able to reach out to the owner if we had any questions and we were promptly responded to. The house was very clean and comfortable for our family of 5. It is equipped with everything you need for your stay. The train station is so close to the house which made it easy for us to venture to Venezia for the day. We felt safe. It was quiet. We will book this home again for our next visit!

House is clean and big enough . It is like on the photos. The host is very kind and helpful. It is perfect location to be the base of discovering the area. It is very near to the railway station that has direct line to Venezia. The kebab in the near is one of the best we have ever had. I can recommend this accommodation to everybody. We were there with my partner and 2 children. It was perfect.

A home from home

We can't recommend this property highly enough. The hosts went out of their way to help us whatever we asked. The property was spacious and clean with a lovely garden which had a gazebo where we sat some evenings. It truly was a home from home. Highly recommend. Thank you.

Very neat house and very well equipped: you will be almost like at home, concerning the staff there is in the house. The owner is very nice and helpful. The location. though, gives mixed feelings: on the one hand, it is nicely situated very close to Venice: you can get to this great city by car or train in less than 1 hour. Also other historical towns and cities are very reachable.  On the other hand, there is a railroad at several tens of meters from the house and, in general, the area is not very calm (road noise and such).. I gave 5 stars to all except the area.

Maison spacieuse, confortable et propre. Les climatisations sont très silencieuses (un gros plus la nuit quand il fait très chaud) et permet de garder les fenêtres fermées car il y a le bruit de la route et de la voie ferrée. Rita est sa famille sont très serviables et acceuillants et restent discrets tout au long du séjour alors que nous sommes dans la maison de famille. Le grand jardin clôturé est aussi très agréable et a beaucoup plu à notre petit chien. L'emplacement est idéal la stazione est juste à côté de la maison et accessible en 2 min ce qui permet de prendre les trains pour Venezia très facilement. Grazie a vuoi

Abbiamo soggiornato in 5 persone (3 bambini). Appartamento grandissimo con ampi spazi. Ben accessoriato e fornito, dispone di tutto il necessario anche per quanto riguarda la "dispensa" (olio, sale, zucchero, ecc). Posizione molto comoda, anche per prendere il treno. Proprietaria super disponibile e gentile. Che dire toneremo!

Superbe maison, hôtes agréables

Hôtes agréables, maison spacieuse et très bien équipée. Il y a même tous les produits de base pour la cuisine : sucre, sel, huile etc. Également à disposition liquide pour lave vaisselle et lessive pour le lave linge. Extérieur super pour les enfants avec petite piscine, table de ping-pong, cages de foot etc, et il y a quelques animaux : tortues, perruches, un petit chien et des chats. Le paradis! Nous recommandons vivement ce logement très bien situé.

Super, herzlichen Dank. Die Residenz Rita war mit zwei Übernachtungen genau das richtige Basecamp für einen Tagestrip nach Venedig. Direkt am Bahnhof Lancenigo und nur 48 Minuten Fahrt. Ansonsten ist es auch eine tolle Wohnung mit vielen Annehmlichkeiten.

Unser Aufenthalt war super 20 Minuten entfernt von der Stadt und eine sehr schöne Lage. Die beste Umgebung. Die Haus Eigentümer haben an alles gedacht. Die haben zu Hause von A bis Z alles gehabt. Besser als Otel. Die Töpfe, Geschirr Kaffee, Teegebäck die haben alles gehabt. Olivenöl, Salz, Pfeffer, alles was man Brauch man hat sich sehr sehr gut gefühlt und alles ist in der Nähe

Entspannend und es war alles da was wir gebraucht haben . Die Gastgeber Familie ist sehr zuvorkommend und konnten uns bei Fragen sehr schnell helfen und waren nicht aufdringlich. Haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt da alles sehr sauber war. Die Lage ist für Venedig reisen perfekt Mann ist sehr nah an der Haltestelle der Züge. Parkplatz: Auto steht sicher und direkt vor der Türe zusätzlich abgesichert durch ein Rolltor . Trotz kurzem Aufenthalt konnten wir uns sehr gut erholen . Vielen Dank an die Familie

Logement très propre

Les propriétaires sont très gentils et vivent juste à côté du logement. Le logement est très propre, le linge de lit et serviettes sont fournis, ce qui est très appréciable. Il y a également de la lessive, du savon, des éponges, quelques condiments, ce qui facilite la vie. Le logement est situé à côté de la gare, ce qui est très pratique pour se rendre à Venise ou autre. La climatisation est également appréciable avec les fortes chaleurs en été. Ce que j'ai moins aimé : Il n'y a pas 2 salles de bain comme indiqué sur l'annonce, il y a une salle de bain avec douche, et l'autre, c'est juste 1 wc avec lavabo. Le canapé n'est pas confortable du tout. Ce n'est pas de la faute des propriétaires, mais il y avait tellement de moustiques que nous n'avons pas pu manger une seule fois dehors, ni le midi ni le soir, ni pu profité de la piscine ou du jardin, c'est vraiment dommage.

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung!

Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr schön. Gut gelegen, in der Nähe des Bahnhofs, kann man bequem nach Venedig fahren. In der Ferienwohnung gibt es auch Fahrräder. Nach Treviso sind es nur 6 km, die gut mit dem Fahrrad zu meistern sind. Auch der Supermarkt und die Bäckerei sind gut mit dem Fahrrad erreichbar. Die Ferienwohnung bietet alles, was man braucht. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich. Die Klimaanlage in den Räumen ist bei hohen Temperaturen im Sommer sehr vorteilhaft und hilfreich. Wir kommen gern wieder!
