Die Küche ist mit allem ausgestattet was man benötigt. Fussweg ca. 15 Minuten bis zum Zentrum von Villingen. Einkaufsmöglichkeit ca. 1OO Meter. Sehr angenehm ist auch der Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage. Schöne Städte in der Nähe, wie z.B.Freiburg(ca.60 km) Aber auch kleinere Städte wie Donaueschingen, Rottweil, Bad Dürrheim usw. sehenswert.
