About this property

Apartment "Historic Timber-Framed Loft in Villingen" with Wi-Fi

  • Stay in a piece of Villingen’s history: This unique timber-framed loft is located in the historic Glunkenhaus, first documented in 1360. Exposed wooden beams, open spaces, and a gallery give the apartment its special character. The modern kitchen, cozy living room, and contemporary bathroom blend history with comfort. One bedroom and an additional sleeping option accommodate up to four guests—right in the heart of Villingen’s old town.

The apartment is a maisonette spread over two floors on the fourth floor of the Glunkenhaus and is easily accessible by elevator. With 88 m², you enjoy an open-plan layout; only the toilet is separate. Wi-Fi, TV, and modern amenities ensure a pleasant stay. One pet is welcome by prior arrangement.

Thanks to the central location in Villingen’s old town, you can reach restaurants, bars, and shops within minutes on foot. An underground car park is right next door. The Black Forest region and local attractions are easily accessible from here.

Please note: Smoking is not permitted in the apartment, and events are allowed by prior arrangement.
