The chalet comprises a living room and two bedrooms, with a terrace and a fishing equipment storage area. For children and teenagers, there are outdoor play areas with swings, a games room with foosball and ping-pong tables, a TV, and board games. Shops are 400m away in the village center: butcher/delicatessen/grocery store, bar/restaurant/snack bar. Access is via a pedestrian path. Hiking trails - Towpath along the Mayenne River, Vélo Francette cycle route, 3km away. Discover South Mayenne: in Château-Gontier, a marina with bike and boat rentals, paddleboarding, etc., the Refuge de l'Arche animal sanctuary with over 1000 animals, a historic center, and gardens. The Robert Tatin Museum in Cossé, with its giant sculptures, or Laval.
