### Lakeside Fishing Chalet for 4-6 Guests with Private Dock, Terrace, and Family Amenities

Fishing chalet for 4-6 people, with a private dock on the 7-hectare lake reserved for the holiday and fishing village, in a verdant setting.  
  
The chalet comprises a living room and two bedrooms, with a terrace and a fishing equipment storage area.  
  
For children and teenagers, there are outdoor play areas with swings, a games room with foosball and ping-pong tables, a TV, and board games.  
Shops are 400m away in the village center: butcher/delicatessen/grocery store, bar/restaurant/snack bar. Access is via a pedestrian path.  
Hiking trails - Towpath along the Mayenne River, Vélo Francette cycle route, 3km away.  
Discover South Mayenne: in Château-Gontier, a marina with bike and boat rentals, paddleboarding, etc., the Refuge de l'Arche animal sanctuary with over 1000 animals, a historic center, and gardens. The Robert Tatin Museum in Cossé, with its giant sculptures, and Laval are all within easy reach. This single-story chalet features a 15m² living/dining area with a kitchenette (filter coffee maker, kettle, microwave, mini-oven, toaster, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, and fan) with a double sofa bed and television. The 5.7m² bathroom includes a walk-in shower, sink, hairdryer, and towel warmer. There is a separate 2.2m² WC. Bedroom 1 is 8m² with a double bed (140x190cm). Bedroom 2 is 5.7m² with two single beds (80x190cm). Wi-Fi is provided.  
  
The chalet also includes a terrace, garden furniture, two sun loungers, a parasol, and a charcoal barbecue. Private parking is located alongside the chalet. FISHING: Private fishing pier 62m from the chalet - fishing equipment room: sink, refrigerator, tackle table, recycling and composting facilities  
INCLUDED: 8kWh electricity/day  
OPTIONAL: Bed linen (1 or 2 people) €10 - Baby equipment (weekend €5 / 1 week €10) payable on site, upon reservation before arrival - Electricity > 8kWh (meter reading) payable to the owner at the end of your stay - Pet supplement €4/night/pet

A function room for 40 people is available if you rent at least two chalets (room: €90 to €110) - upon request. One chalet is specifically designed for people with reduced mobility: Le Vairon - 4-6 people H53G010970 with an adapted fishing platform.  
From the church, head towards Laval, continue for 500 meters, turn left, and follow the signs for Village Vacances et Pêche (Holiday Village and Fishing).
