Find the Best Villasimius Bed and Breakfast

"Absolutely fabulous place with amazing gardens. Simone looked after us and she keeps the rooms extremely clean with everything you could want for a wonderful stay. Would definitely return."

"Very clean, good a/c. There was quite a bit of noise from the Evergreen party area next door, but it thankfully finished at a reasonable time and we slept well."

"The landlady was available at all times making sure our staying would be with no issues. Anything extra we required we just needed to ask , from food, drinks or any extra arrangement for our room. The ensuite rooms were very clean."

"Everything about the stay was excellent "

"Great family business. Clean affordable accessibile."

"Tutto molto pulito e in ordine"

"Great place to stay, location was amazing. Staff friendly, some minor issues with a wardrobe door handle and a nail, but other than that our junior suite was very spacious."

"Check-in was scheduled at 3 PM, but we never received the promised email instructions. Only an unhelpful message. By 7 PM, we had to contact Expedia after already messaging the property the day before, as we still hadn’t received any check-in details. The property did not provide a contact number or explain that check-in instructions required guests to contact the host via WhatsApp before arrival. Only after Expedia intervened did the host explain this process and request ID submission, which...

"Great location and thoughtful touches."

"It’s an unstaffed hotel. You check in through WhatsApp and get a code to the door. All of that worked very well. It’s nice and clean and in a nice neighbourhood in central Cagliari. There was a manhole cover on the street outside the window that made a loud noise every time a car drove by, which was often. Since I’m a light sleeper that wasn’t ideal for me. The room was supposed to be cleaned from 11 am onwards, but the cleaning staff came earlier which meant our room wasn’t cleaned during our...

"This place is in great location, best restaurants, all walkable, complimentary breakfast is superb "

"Molto bella "

"many things, the room manual with places to eat and historical locations to visit. The shower was so nice and LARGE. Nice to be able to turn around and not bump into the control handle, or bend over to wash your toes. The bed was very comfortable. The Air Conditioner actually works. Plus we did not hear any of the other guests during the night, but we know new guests arrived and departed during our stay. Also great location, easy to walk to the City Center, or take a bus to any part of the city....

"Sauberer Unterkunft, freundlicher Host, schön eingerichtet und in einer guten Lage."

"Amazing location central to the old town, shops and restaurants"

"Very nice place, close to the city center. Clean and neat. Sweet owner, the access to the rooms is with a card that beeps loud everytime you use it. Might be loud. Overall everything was perfect. Will definitely come again "

"Clean, the floor looked quite terrible. Also a quite strong smell/odour in the room."

"This accommodation was lovely and in a great location to walk to most of the main sites. However, the parking was quite a walk and was miserable with the luggage we had. The taxis cannot go up to the location although they can meet you about a block from the apartment. The breakfast was dry packaged items. It was nice to have access to a kitchen and hot water. The balcony was nice for drying clothes and getting fresh air. "

"This place was not as advertised. The pictures led us to believe there would be a kitchen available. However, when we arrived that was not the case. The room was dusty and slightly dirty and surfaces seemed to have not been wiped. The address shown on Expedia once we booked was not the same one at which the host told us to check in and we were not made aware of this change before arrival. The bathroom was clean but the shower was overhead and came down with too much pressure. It barely drained...
