The htl is clean, staff is friendly, but it’s dated and old. It needs to be remodeled. As soon as you come into the Lobby has a very unique smell. (Smells like an old wet rag). Room furniture is old, beds are comfy.

The hotel was definitely the nicest one in all of Villahermosa. All of the staff were very kind and helpful. The only small thing that bothers us is the refrigerators would not get cold. I even called maintenance and they said that is how they are. So you could not keep leftovers or even get a cold bottle of water.

My stay at the Marriott Villahermosa was an exceptional experience from start to finish. From the moment I arrived, the staff welcomed me with warm, friendly, and highly professional service. The hotel facilities are pristine, and the rooms are spacious, comfortable, and perfect for an ideal rest. There wasn't a single detail out of place during my stay; everything was absolutely perfect. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the city, whether for business or leisure. I will definitely return on my next trip!
