This was our 2nd stay at this property. The rooms are very nice and clean. The free breakfast is good and helps offset the room rates which was approximately $50 US more per night than the property in Puebla.

Could be better

The hotel itself is great. Excellent location and amenities. The problem is the staff. Booked suite with balcony, I arrived and was told it wasn’t available and it could be available days after because the AC was out. That wasn’t really the problem. The problem was the attitude of the gentleman working that night at the front desk. He was extremely rude and condescending.

We had a wonderful stay here. Easy parking, was greeted with a warm reception, followed by a little social hour in the dining room with wine and nibble. The area to walk our service dog was perfect. Open space that was right off the dining area on the first floor. It was also quite thoughtful and surprising that they offer free laundry facilities. The room was clean and very comfortable. I would highly recommend this hotel!
