Beautiful property. Rooms well maintained. Staff was hard working. They worked long hours but never heard complaints and they always had a smile on their face. Not one staff member passed by us without greeting us. Truly enjoyed ourselves.

Better dinner in buffet, more organization for wait staff.

Balcones del Caribe is a beautiful spot with an excellent location and easy access to the beach. The complex feels very safe, and the staff were always helpful when we needed general information. My only concerns were about the condition of the village: the back door didn’t have a proper lock, the bathroom door wasn’t closing well, and the safe box wasn’t working during our stay. Overall, it’s a lovely place with great potential—just needs a bit more attention to maintenance.
