I should say that Susanna was a great host from the beginning! She is above and beyond, so detailed so thorough, speaks perfect English and giving you all the necessary information step by step. Me and my sister easily found the way to city center from the train station thanks to her ! We were upgraded to a suit room which was so beautiful and it was a surprise for us as well , thank you 😊

"The hotel is good and the view is great However it is located on top of the hill far away from everything. We had to drive 10-15 min to find a restaurant to have dinner. Restaurant in the hotel was closed for 2 nights out of 3 we stayed. Staff was helpful to book a restaurant in one of the villages ..."
