Everything was wonderful.. 10/10 recommend. Stadium with our family of five including three children, and it was a perfect area for exploring. We felt very safe in the apartment was very well equipped.

The location was excellent to walk downtown Porto where all the attractions are. The room was very clean and air-conditioning worked well. Plenty of cafes and dining options near by. Had some difficulty with communication with the staff and the instructions for check in could have been better. Speed of communications could be improved as well.
The place is pretty small. It worked for us as a couple traveling but if you have kids especially, a bit older kids, it would be a problem.
Unfortunately we got the 5th floor apartment and with no elevator it was a bit difficult going up and down multiple times a day. Please ask them for a lower floor if you can't walk up. Not having a washer was a bit of a negative for us.

We absolutely loved this hotel and would not hesitate to recommend it. The hotel is beautifully and tastefully decorated throughout. The room was spacious with a separate seating area and had a very comfortable bed with luxurious bed linen. The staff are so friendly and helpful and nothing was too much trouble. The garden area was an additional bonus; a great area for a drink or to make use of the swim in and out pool.
Porto is a great city to explore - we can’t wait to return and would definitely return to the GA Palace.
