"Overall was a pleasant stay. I had water leaking into my bathroom from the bathroom above me. They were able to fix it but I heard another guest say he had the same issue so I worry it's a problem all over the building. Overall : 8/10 Beds : 8/10 a little soft for me, have down toppers and very soft pillows. Not great for side sleepers. Towels: 9/10 really large Bathroom lighting: 7/10 Despite the issues I liked the hotel and would stay here again."

"Room was very small for 2 adults and 1 child. Room was clean. Had to turn down the temperature very low to get any cold feeling. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Breakfast to go was given on the way to the airport. There were multiple times we were confronted with homeless people out front the main entrance. On the second occasion, the front desk attendant had to ensure our safety as the homeless man would not leave us alone putting our luggage into our vehicle. We were very grateful for her careful attention especially as we had a young child."

"I stay for almost a month and it was absolutely amazing in all aspects. All the staff, including everyone at the front desk, and the housekeeping team are very accommodating and nice, was always available for any and all requests. The room was very clean, bathroom was spacious, bed was very comfortable, AC is adjustable for both cool/heat. There are 2 big grocery stores, lots of restaurants nearby. And it’s quiet at night being a bit away from the city centre. Overall everything was fantastic and will come back again."

"This was the best hotel and staff that we have experienced in Portugal this year. The staff made the stay amazing, the service was 5 star. The rooms were big, clean and lovely. Comfy beds and a nice shower and bathroom. We stayed multiple nights and even went back again on our way to another adventure. The food was wonderful and the breakfast was the best I’ve ever had. The selections were amazing and lots of fresh fruit. The bar was nice and quiet, watched lots of soccer and had amazing food there as well. My son says the best Caesar salad he’s ever had and the Angus burger is a must. Wonderful service and hospitality."
