The elegant entrance hallway leads you to the airy garden with the amazing tree. Our room, Emmerico, was on the top floor and had a fabulous balcony overlooking the garden and the city. The room was airy, well lit, plenty of space and very clean with a comfortable bed and seating. The little kitchen was perfect for a city break. We had a late check in, after normal working hours, and the instructions with pictures and videos on how to enter the building was perfect. The building manager, Carla, was absolutely fabulous offering insight and helpful tips to getting the most out of this amazing city. Big downfall for us was the bedroom being a loft and close to the ceiling, the upstairs guests were making loud footsteps constantly in the night- even 4am I was woken up by it and it went on for hours, also made the floor click/creak above which is close to you due to the ceiling. Early mornings we were not able to sleep and relax. Ruined the stay for us unfortunately as the sleep was so interrupted. Close to the metro, has supermarket around and has pretty much everything you'd ever need. They also provided us with baby cot and high chair. Stuff is amazing, very kind and helpful. The downsides: the mezzanine level is really hot, I mean it. There is no AC so first few nights were difficult to have a good sleep. The fan provided there was rattling but stuff kindly provided us with another one. It was quieter but still too loud. Eventually they offered us to open the sofa bed on lower floor and that really made difference (but rendered bed on the mezzanine level useless) Lower floor in our room has direct access to the garden and with blinds wide open the room is sunlit!
