This hotel is a great option if you want to avoid the city's noise. It's in a safe neighborhood with lots of restaurants and a supermarket right across the street. The subway station is only a five-minute walk away. The hotel itself is very clean and well-kept.

The hotel rooms are NOT soundproofed: you can hear someone sneezing in the next room. We had an issue after check in with a kid constantly screaming in the room next door. Went down to ask for a room change and the lady at front desk looked irked at the request, gave me a room change, but clearly said nasty things about the request to.her colleague in Portuguese. Quite unprofessional and rude! Overall, the stay was decent. Pillows were crap. The only plus was that the property is located next to a very nice and quiet mall, which has a grocery story and laundry facilities. Other than these points, i wouldn't book this place again.

The manager and full staff were tremendously helpful for my stay. Their willingness to help and actually solve a major problem (CSI) was incredible. Their professionalism showed what a great group was willing to do. Without there help my trip would have been a disaster. Great experience with wonderful staff

The hotel was clean and comfortable, and the staff was very welcoming and helpful. They made sure I had everything I needed. There was a nation-wide power outage when I was there and the hotel staff were so kind in sharing information and making sure everyone was comfortable.

A very clean hotel and in a good location to a metro station to take you straight into Porto. It is a nice walk into Porto if thats what you enjoy. Plenty of nearby restaurants and there is a food hall within 200metres that is definitely worth a visit. Staff are really friendly and check-in and out were easy. A lovely clean bar area with well priced drinks. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Porto.
