    Villa Bricco Astiani: a contemporary refuge in the heart of the splendid landscapes of Monferrato.
    Immersed in the fascinating landscapes of Monferrato, Villa Bricco Astiani is a splendid contemporary property located just 30 minutes from the Langhe and 15 minutes from Asti.
    Surrounded by vineyards and picturesque landscapes, this villa offers large indoor and outdoor spaces, including a large swimming pool, an orchard and more than one outdoor dining area. Take advantage of the opportunity to participate in wine tastings or sample local cuisine in the charming cellar.
    The spaces:
    Spread over three levels, the villa features a spacious kitchen with island, a living room and a dining room with a fireplace on the ground floor. On this floor you will also find the terrace leading to the garden and the swimming pool, two double bedrooms, a bathroom with bathtub, a second dining room and another terrace with access to the garden.
    On the first floor, accessed via a stunning staircase custom-designed by a famous local architect, there are two main bedrooms, a bathroom with shower and bathtub and a further living room with a king-size sofa bed with TV and access to the stunning panoramic terrace. The basement contains a laundry area with washer and dryer and a magnificent cellar with table.
    N.b: air conditioning is only present in the room with sofa bed on the first floor but we have fans for all bedrooms.
    We offer experiences curated by Oneonthehill. Oneonthehill is a Wine Community founded by Pier and Chiara, sommeliers and local experts who will help you make the most of your visit to the Langhe.
    Wine tours, truffle hunting, private dinners and much more. Their Wine Club is an innovative concept for the area, sending their selection of ethical, artisanal wines to your door. We will be available during your entire stay, do not hesitate to ask us for advice on the area or help you make your experience unforgettable! We can't wait to host you!

The villa itself is excellent - roomy, clean and well- equipped. The bedrooms are large and have good storage. There is air conditioning in every bedroom and a portable unit downstairs which was much appreciated in August. 3 big bathrooms all with showers and baths suited our party of 8. The pool is a good size and cleaned regularly by Manuel who was very helpful with tips and advice for places to visit throughout our stay. The terrace and grounds were a bit tired and overgrown but our visit was during a heatwave which may have impacted gardening opportunities! The only improvement would be more sun loungers around the pool - there are lots of chairs but only about 4-5 loungers. It did not affect our enjoyment of the pool though. Be aware the pool has no shallow end so not great for very young children who cannot swim. Our 2 young swimmers (6 & 9) loved the pool! Absolutely glorious views from the terraces. Lots of vineyards nearby and within walking distance but be aware there are no restaurants within walking distance. We had a very relaxing and enjoyable stay. Check-in was easy on the day and the rental agency were contactable through the stay (we didn’t need to contact them) but contacting the host beforehand through the Vrbo app was difficult and in the end I contacted the agency directly with my query.
