These types of properties should not be classified as B&B's. No lobby or common area. Unstaffed except at check-in. Breakfast only by limited voucher at a nearby cafe.

thanks obviously all the things you are specifying are specified, I just want to point out to guests that they must read carefully before booking. rooms with en-suite bathroom, staff present in the structure for check-in and cleaning services, simple Italian breakfast in conjunction with an external structure, by showing a voucher customers can get a drink and a croissant!

Nice room and good location. Bed was comfy. There is a mini fridge and large cupboard for storage. Cute balcony was very inviting however it was so hot during our stay, we didn't use it. Water view is wonderful. We enjoyed the restaurant downstairs, Il Principe la Civetta, very much. "Breakfast" was at a cafe just a few minutes away and consisted of one beverage and one sweet. Busy street below was noisy. No in room coffee or kettle. No soap provided in the shower...bring your shower gel or bar of soap. Also not a single water glass or paper cup provided.

Thank you for the review, bottles of shampoo and shower gel are left in each bathroom, hand soap using the dispenser, breakfast is offered outside the structure, you can ask for glasses if needed. We offer a simple bedroom and an en-suite bathroom with cleaning service etc., everything that is included in the room is specified on the page, we do not have a kettle or anything else. (if it is not specified on the booking page it means that it is not a service we offer).

Traumhafte Unterkunft mit Blick aufs Meer vom Balkon aus. Sehr netter und hilfsbereiter Gastgeber. Das Zimmer war sehr groß, sauber und modern eingerichtet. Frühstück gibt es per Gutschein in einer nahegelegen Bar mit lecker Espresso und Cornetti
