Cleaning crew and shuttle driver were amazing. Our shuttle driver went out of his way to provide directions and advice on places to visit and dine. Front desk people, the two men seemed dazed and consfused half the time you asked them questions. Be aware there are shuttle service cost to and from places. Agree on a cost before hand, if not the guys at the front desk will make up a cost and charge you more! If you call for shuttle service they will not tell you of a cost unless you ask!! Which I found very unprofessional and slimy for a business. Also online the hotel shows there is a paved road in front of it. That is not the case, it is off a dirt road. If you want to catch a tuk tuk you have to walk some ways down the dirt road to get to the busy street. I also asked for an extra blanket, I didn’t know this would be an issue since there was 3 of us staying in the room. It was made clear to me that they didn’t provide this service. Also there was not an iron in the room, pots, pans, knives, plates. Things I thought would be already provided to us, and not for us to have to ask for. Breakfast was pretty sad. My family ate there once. Nothing memorable was served or provided. Other than that, the hotel was nice. Good for long stays with family.
