Was clean except the bin hadn’t been emptied and still had food package etc from previous guest. However one of the rooms were facing the street - a very busy street. There was a window facing the street with no glass = the room was super noise. The receptionist was not very welcoming basically just laying on the couch watching TV which was weird but it didn't affect us much. The other room we got was OK with a minimum of noise. I leaped out of bed and gave chase but the man was gone - along with my phone, my tablet and some cash. The room had been locked so, I guess, the robber must have had a key. Please see my other reviews, I have travelled all over the place and all my reviews have been positive.
