Staff were always very helpful and friendly. Excellent pool. As the name implies, it was a very peaceful stay. The best part of my day was the customer service from. T and Mhon as well as the gentlemen feom the breakfast area I do not remember his name. Staff went above and beyond to make sure everyone had what they need helping me with suggestions, in creating a warm experience. They all have high standards of customer service. We had a problem with extremely loud music coming from an adjacent property one evening and the manager moved us to a different hotel for the night so we could get some sleep. Excellent customer service! Bathroom is modern. Great location and not too far from the night market. Convenience store is also walking distance. Free breakfast comes with bread and jam along plentiful fruits. As of this date the hotel is in the phase of renovation so the room had some minor issue. The pool wasn’t operational but looked nice, they have a new restaurant that is being built soon. The manager T and staff were very accommodating and friendly.
