We we're on our visa run, but didn't want it full of pressure, so we booked Faa Apartment for 3 nights. And we were very happy. Big clean room, great balcony to relax in the afternoon on and watch the life below, made better because the Faa sells big beer Loas at reception for just 10,000 kip same as convenience store price. The a.c.was great too, comfy bed, good t.v.channel choices in English. Many sport, a few movie and several news options. BBC, DW NHK etc. Now the highlight, there are amazing restaurants within seconds walk. We loved the Indian restaurant, The Taj Mahal. Also left out the hotel door, left again at the close by side street and down about 50 metres is a French restaurant that was out of this world. Not cheap, but worth ever lip. Atmo. I highly recommend, quiet, clean, comfy, great location. Pleasant staff.
