The first room we were given had a lot of mosquitoes and we had no choice but to request for a room change. The second room was better but everything seemed worn and broken. The water heater works but we had to wait for about 2\~3 minutes each time before it starts to kick in. When we checked out, we left the keys on the reception table. The staff didn't say anything to us - no thank you, nothing.
