This hotel is great, staff lovely and friendly. Rooms were spacious, free Wi-Fi, free water . Breakfasts were really nice Buffet style but also do eggs etc. perfect situation close to bus and railway stations. Highly recommended

Highly recommended. We had a junior suite for 3 adults. Hotel recently renovated and beautifully done. The staircase itself looked like a palace staircase. Small issue with the shower, which can be expected when renovations are done - the staff was very accommodating with extra towels being provided until a fix was done when we were out, and extra room tidy. Nice walk to centre of Vienna and opera, as well as close to restaurants for the evening. We couldn't have hoped for a better stay.

Great stay and super staff.

We had an enjoyable family visit to Vienna and this hotel did not disappoint. It was convenient for the S-Bahn to and from the airport, walkable to the city centre and above all friendly and comfortable. We paid extra for the executive/club lounge access, which was well worth it and really did make us feel at home in this wonderful city. The hotel was very good, clean rooms and polite staff. However, we were not told that the Spa would be closed for maintenance during our stay and this was one of the main reasons we chose this hotel.

We had a lovely stay at Das Tigra, conveniently located to city centre . The breakfast was excellent .The only unfortunate thing was the Chambermaid staff did not pay attention to detail, eg requested non feather bedding but feather pillows were on the bed, Tea and hair products were not replaced daily.The cleaning of the bathroom was not up to standard. However the front of house staff were very attentive and remedied the issues . I would return if these issues are addressed.

Arrived by taxi and the driver advised us to use the U-Bahn thereafter : typical of the wonderfully friendly folk we met. The apartment was terrific and the help provided by Elena and Ekaterina was brilliant - really lovely people who went out of their way to help.

The staff are what make the Meridien Wien such a pleasant hotel. Smiling, happy to assist and pleasant at all times. The beds are very comfortable and rooms quiet (I had an inner courtyard room) and it is located closr to many of the attractions and transport options. Id happily stayvagain.

This hotel was a bit expensive because Vienna is an expensive town! However, the service and the cleaniness of the place were perfect. The hotel was well placed too and the rooms were well insulated, so we could not hear any noise. The breakfast was delicious too. The staff even brought us a special cake to celebrate our anniversary. Thank you to them! Overall, we would definitely recommend this hotel!
