Wien pur erleben

Es war alles wie beschrieben, einig die Rollos sollten überprüft werden. Es ist alles was man braucht vorhaneden. U-Bahn in 150m entfernt. Man ist in kurzer Zeit überall in Wien. Supermarkt über die Straße, gute Gastronomie in der Nähe, auch der Meidlinger Markt schnell zu Fuß erreichbar.

Die Fewo weist einige Mängel auf: 1.Check In schwierig, ungenaue Beschreibung Klingel besser kennzeichnen! 2.Treppenaufgang bis zum Flur mit Aufzug mit Koffern beschwerlich. 3.Fenster nicht schalldicht !! Straßen- und Baustellenlärm sehr störend! 4. Lüftung im Bad funktioniert nicht, ebenso die Klimaanlage. 5. Spiegelschrank über dem Waschbecken hängt zu tief. 6. Toilettendeckel defekt. 7. Fernseher kein Internet, keine Funktionsbeschreibung. Keine öffentlichen Sender( ARD, ZDF, ORF) empfangbar. Wir konnten den Fernseher überhaupt nicht nutzen!! 8.Keine Mülltrennung 9. Kein 2. Nachttisch mit Lampe. 10. Kein Ansprechpartner im Haus. 11. Fleckige ( versiffte) Matratze. Gesamtbewertung der Fewo mangelhaft!! MfG W.Essig

Übergabe des Wohnungsschlüssels sehr einfach. Geräumige Wohnung. Gute Ausstattung. Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt und würden wiederkommen.
