Located in a quiet neighbourhood close to restaurants, cafes and small beer gardens. Find supermarkets, farmers markets as well as bakeries conveniently located at walking distance. Just a 5-minute walk gets you to the metro or tram stop from where a 10-minute tram ride takes you to the city centre or to Vienna's quaint wine house "Heuriger" district! The space Relax, explore the city or focus on work during your stay at our lovely bright one-bedroom apartment. The newly renovated apartment is located in a charming old building with high ceilings and is well insulated (warm in the winter, cool in the summer). It is located in a small quiet street. It is located on the first floor and can be accessed by elevator or stairs. The bright living space features a large comfortable bed, wardrobe, reading corner and work desk. The kitchen is equipped with a large freezer-refrigerator, hob, oven, microwave, kettle, coffee maker and dishwasher as well as necessary kitchen utensils, crockery and glassware. Starter-quantity coffee pods are included. The spacious bathroom consists of a bathtub and shower, and is also equipped with a washing machine. Starter quantities of shower gel, shampoo and laundry detergent are included. The apartment is fully wheelchair accessible via the elevator. Other things to note Just a heads up, all shops including supermarkets and pharmacies in Vienna are shut on Sundays and on public holidays. Restaurants however remain open.
