This apartment accommodates up to 13 guests and includes 6 double beds and 1 sofa bed. It is located on the 1st floor (without elevator) in a classic older building. Please note that while the apartment is cleaned before each stay, it does not offer the standards of a newly renovated or luxury property.

• Room 2: 1 double bed (140 × 200 cm) — 2 guests

• Room 3: 2 double beds (160 × 200 cm) — 4 guests

• Room 4: 1 double bed (160 × 200 cm) + 1 sofa bed total 3 guests

• Room 5: 1 double bed (140 × 200 cm) — 2 guests



The rooms are simple and functional, with basic furnishings such as small tables and hangers. As this is an older building, some noise between rooms may be heard during the stay.



The kitchen is shared and fully equipped with a stove, oven, fridge, kettle, toaster, cookware, dishes, and cutlery, perfect for preparing meals. A washing machine is also available for all guests.



Public transport nearby provides easy access to Schönbrunn Palace and central Vienna.
