Beautiful and modern house with private pool, located in a very quiet residential area, at 9km from the beach of Lloret de Mar. The perfect place to relax, take a sunbathe and enjoy the disconnection you deserve. The house is distributed on a unique floor, with a living-dining room (exit to the outdoor area) with an open kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped, we want you to feel at home. There has an oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge-freezer and a lot of utensils to prepare delicious meals. In addition, it has 3 double bedrooms. One of them has a double bed en suite (bathroom with shower) and the other 2 bedrooms have 1 trundle bed in each one. There's also a another full bathroom with shower. This house has a Air Condition and Heating in the whole house, included in the price. The outdoor area has a nice private pool, garden area, barbecue and parking area for 1 car. Also, there's a small forest with some hammocks. Free WIFI. Pets are not allowed. Youth groups not accepted. The house is only rented to families. Reservations of young people under 35 years of age are not allowed. The house does not have bed linen and towels. Owner is a great person, but it's the agency who deal with the customers. Pool was cold at this time of year. Safe and nice place to stay, and got everything you need. This place is manged by a agency, so you have to pick/drop the key at the agency. But everything is very quick with them. Moderne Badezimmer, bequeme Betten. Toller Außenbereich, schöner Pool. Sehr schöne ruhige Lage. Kleiner Abzug bei der Sauberkeit. Staub unter den Betten und die Küche war nicht gut geputzt. Trotzdem haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und hatten einen schönen und erholsamen Aufenthalt.Der Check-in war ok. Man muss den Schlüssel in der Agentur im nahegelegenen Lloret de Mar abholen.
