Property composed of main house and outbuilding 7 km from the centre of Valledoria, 22 km from the centre of Castelsardo, 52 km from the centre of Sassari, in a secluded, sunny position, 7 km from the sea, 150 m from the river, situated at the foot Coghinas, in the countryside. Private: large garden with wildlife garden and trees, meadow, courtyard, swimming pool (10 x 5 m, depth 150 cm, seasonal availability: 15.Apr. - 15.Oct.). Terrace, garden furniture. 300 m long bumpy motor access to the house (via unmade road). Parking (for 4 cars) on the premises. Peacefull house in the country side

The pictures describe the house very well. It is located isolated in between the wine yard and fields. It's about 10 minute drive to the beach and 5 minutes to river Coginha with thermal water. The house has everything for a stay with 2-3 famlies, is clean and nicely decorated.

Fantastische locatie, in de bergen tussen wijnranken en cactussen. Het huis was ruim voor onze familie. Wat we misten was een stofzuiger om het wat beter op te ruimen, nu met bezem gedaan!Er was genoeg servies en bestek is toe aan beoordeling en vervanging.Ik vind het absoluut een aanrader dit huis!

séjour d'une semaine

cadre trés agréable à la campagne très calme entouré de vignes. à 15 minutes de Vallédoria ou on trouve de jolies plages . nous étions 7 adultes occupants de 4 chambres avec salle de douche, il y a ce qu'il faut, le ménage mériterait d'être plus soigné, l'espace est généreux, la piscine est sympa entourée de bels arbustes fleuries . les sardes sont sympa et accueillants. les routes agréables pas trop de monde GPS indispensable. Notre séjour a été apprécié par nous tous d'autant plus que le rapport qualité prix est correct

Erholsame Tage in einem ruhigen Ferienhaus

Schönes Ferienhaus zwischen Weinbergen und Feldern. Das Ferienhaus könnte noch besser sein, wenn die alten Stühle im Esszimmer gegen neue ausgetauscht würden und die Sitzgelegenheiten im Außenbereich auch. Diese waren für unsere Gruppe ab 60zig nicht geeignet. Sehr schöner Pool, nur fehlte auf den Liegen eine Auflage. Zimmer und Bäder waren sauber. Der Service als etwas nicht passte und fehlte war super.

Leider keine passenden Bettlaken was sehr ärgerlich war.Teilweidse keine passenden Toilettenbrillen.Der große Schirm am Pool wurde durch den Wind abgeknickt,wurde gemeldet,es wurde versprochen das er ausgwechselt wird dies ist leider nicht passsiert.Ansonsten ist die Unterkunft für Gruppen weiter zu empfehlen.

Das Haus selber ist gut, aber …

Das Haus selber hat eigentlich unsere Erwartungen übertroffen. Jedes Zimmer hat einen eigenen Ausgang und ein eigenes Bad. Allerdings würde ich in diesem Haus nicht für die maximale Belegung von 12 Personen kochen wollen. Mit 2 stumpfen Messern, keinem Salatbesteck, unzureichend Töpfen, zu wenig Schüsseln wäre das ein mühsames Unterfangens. Die Küche in der separaten Wohnung im Nebengebäude war überhaupt nicht eingerichtet und der Aussenbereich billig gemacht, eher schmuddelig und nicht sauber.

Grande maison, fonctionnelle et charmante parfaitement conforme à la description. Barbecue, piscine, jardin, salon extérieur couvert. Emplacement idéal pour sillonner le nord de l'ile. Aucun voisinage. Contact d'interhome réactif et à l'écoute. Je recommande !

Belle maison spacieuse

Nous avons apprécié le séjour dans cette maison qui est très spacieuse et elle est meme plus belle en vrai qu’en photo. Nous avons été agréablement surpris par l’espace des chambres. Seul hic les canalisations ont besoin d’etre Entretenues. Et deux chaises étaient cassées.

Mooi gelegen. Mooie indeling van de slaapkamers. Zwembad oké.

Zitkamer had slechte eetkamer stoelen. Zijn aan vervanging toe. Zwembad meubilair was gering voor 12 personen. Zou uitgebreid mogen worden. Verder een prachtig onderkomen met 11 personen. Veel vrijheid. Service als er wat ontbrak was goed.
