Our family had a fantastic stay at Family Selection Grand Palladium Vallarta. The highlight of our vacation was, without a doubt, the exceptional service. Every staff member we encountered was warm, welcoming, and genuinely committed to making our stay memorable. A special thank you to our concierge, Josue, who consistently went above and beyond. Whether helping with reservations, answering questions, or simply checking in to make sure everything was going well, he made us feel like valued guests from beginning to end. His attention to detail and genuine care really set the tone for our trip. This is an excellent resort for families. While it isn’t the largest property, it offers plenty to keep both kids and adults entertained, with a great mix of pools, activities, restaurants, and beach time. Our whole family had an amazing time, and there was always something to do together. We also appreciated how well the staff handled the occasional rainy day. The grounds were cleaned up quickly, and everything was back to looking beautiful in no time. Overall, this was a wonderful vacation made even better by an outstanding team.
