"This hotel is on the inner harbor of Victoria. What I loved the most was the elevator (we were on the 6th floor). It has a glass outer window. As we were ascending and descending we were witnessing the full view of the harbor. It was so beautiful. The room was also very spacious and grand."

"We arrived to a dirty and trashed room, which was resolved by re-assigning us a new room, but several of the nights the cleaners ignored our room, even when we had the room refresh sign on before 10 AM. The laundry and pool are okay, but the cleaning staff needs to be rotated out."
