"City view room didn't have a view as windows were frosted. Nespresso machine didn't work. Bathroom was really small, no counter space. Charging outlets didn't work on one side of the bed. No coffee available in lobby. had to buy it at their coffee shop."

"We arrived to a dirty and trashed room, which was resolved by re-assigning us a new room, but several of the nights the cleaners ignored our room, even when we had the room refresh sign on before 10 AM. The laundry and pool are okay, but the cleaning staff needs to be rotated out."
