This large, stunning beachside holiday home will provide you with the space for your family and friends to relax and re-energise. Sparkling blue water literally on your doorstep for you to swim, paddle, relax or even fish. The perfect location for your family and friends to getaway together and enjoy the lake, views, beach, sunsets and numerous activities. Includes a huge private lake frontage with jetty, spa bath, king beds, linen, paddle boat, double kayak, 3x single kayaks, stand up paddleboard, sun lounges, coffee machine (including pods) and chocolate and tea for you to enjoy. The spacious open plan living and dining area is designed for entertaining with superb views across the lake and hills. The indoor living area opens out onto a large enclosed outdoor entertaining area with outdoor dining, lounges, six burner BBQ, fire pit, and hammock that look upon the picturesque encounter lakes. Other features include a large open plan kitchen incorporating quality appliances, dishwasher and loads of bench and cupboard space, bar area with fridge, indoor and outdoor dining, continuous temperature controlled gas hot water in bathrooms and ducted reverse cycle heating and cooling throughout the home. Three LCD TVs, a music system and an eclectic selection of books and indoor/outdoor games provide numerous entertainment options. Swim or paddle to CM Thorpe Park which has a beautiful grassed area, trees and a rotunda. Situated on a lakefront with views across to the hills and direct access onto the lake for kayaking, paddle boarding or even just sitting on the jetty to while away an hour gives this property that exclusive feel. Inside the house there’s everything you need and more to make you feel like this is a home from home. I will definitely stay there again and probably again, so all I can say to Stayz users thinking about staying here is ‘don’t delay’ in booking as you’ll regret it if it’s gone.
