Walk to the shops, cafe\`s and the beach. The skate park and playground are just moments away too. With a fully fenced yard, the kids and family fur baby can play together safely. This family escape offers 3 spacious bedrooms. Master with Queen bed and plenty of closet space. Bedroom 2 with Double bed. Bedroom 3 with bunk bed and single bed, sleeping 3 in the room. There is a second tv in that space also so the kids can watch what they want away from the adults. The kitchen has all you will need to cook meals should you want to and there is a weber Q family outside too. All bed linen and towels are included. up to 2 behaved dogs are welcome on holiday with you with prior permission. A $75 pet fee applies. Strictly no smoking or vaping anywhere on the property. Please do not book this house if you are a smoker. No parties or functions. \*Please note: A 50% deposit is required upon booking confirmation, with the remaining balance due 7 days before your stay. Additionally, a pre-check-in form must be completed before arrival, which includes submitting a valid ID, a selfie, and agreeing to our terms and conditions. via locked box at the property.
