You need to replace the poor quality beds and pillows with decent ones. Provide each bedroom with a tv. The plug in the hand basin of the main bathroom needs fixing. On the web site under items provided there is Towels/sheets (extra fee) then there is also towels and linen further down the list. I was put off a bit when informed the we had to pay extra for linen.
