Throughout the booking process Bec was always happy to reply to my messages promptly. The house was spacious and exactly what we needed. The backyard was enclosed and had lots of grass which was perfect for cricket. The burner has totally rusted through. We possess photos/ videos. No spare toilet rolls, no spare paper towels. Towels are old & smell of cigarettes. Dyson had not been emptied and was half full of cigarette filters which confirmed the towels smell. Upstairs floor area was dirty particularly around the dishwasher.
