"The staff made us feel welcome and right at home. Having afternoon cocktails or a light night amaro on the patio was delightful! The bathroom was spacious and very clean. Great shower! The bed was very comfortable and the linens were soft but crisp. Had a wonderful nights rest! Palazzo Dipinto was a lovely hotel to stay in Lucca. Will stay there again should we return to Lucca. "We visited the San Luca Palace in September. The rooms are magnificent. Clean and spacious. The hotel is very close to the town centre (about a 5 minute walk to the Duomo). Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast is good and the staff calm and attentive. There is also a very good restaurant about 3 doors down from the hotel. Can’t recommend highly enough!"

"Spa is very tired, there’s a spa pool with various sections that once did something but most of it is not working now, and there are loose tiles and broken switches. Access was included in our room rate but I wouldn’t pay extra if it wasn’t. Staff, including spa as well as reception, pool bar and restaurant are all super helpful and knowledgeable and we love the location, close to Terme Tettuccio as well as the town but far enough away to be peaceful. Hotel is clean, tidy and smells lovely"
