The ambiance was simply superb at this quaint boutique hotel. The staff was helpful throughout my stay, even with arrangements for travel to the airport. The breakfast was great. And I could see other families with children having a great time.

Ideally located in the heart of Vicenza and only a 10-15 minute walk from Vicenza train station. 15 mins if carrying a backpack. Well I totally botched up our booking and didn’t realise until just before we were due to arrive. I explained our dilemma on arrival and the concierge was very understanding and helpful. Room was fantastic, great amenities, exceptionally clean and a quiet and efficient air conditioner. Lovely continental breakfast. Definitely recommend Palazzo Otello. Safe area and hotel environment if travelling as a solo female.

What a great location…right on the Main Street through the old town. The room was spacious, comfortable and spotlessly clean with a gorgeous shower room. Breakfast was a varied buffet and the breakfast room was bright and airy.

Lovely hotel! The girl at the reception was well-prepared, nice and friendly. Location couldn’t be any better, in the city centre, close to piazza dei Signori and 10 minutes walking distance from the train station. The room was spacious and very clean. Rich breakfast with plenty of options, we really enjoyed our stay there.

Located in the heart of Vicenza, there are lots of restaurants, shopping, and sightseeing. The reception desk is not staffed, so getting assistance was difficult. The walls are thin, but the room was clean and comfortable.

The property is in the centre of Vicenza. Most, if not all areas of interest are within walking distance of the hotel. The staff are pleasant and helpful. Hotel rooms are adequate, in my case, for two people, clean with coffee or tea making facilities. ( it could do with a couple of extra hooks in the bathroom to hang towels etc.. Breakfast was abundant with a very good selection of savoury and sweet fare.

Great location. Clean and updated facilities. Was able to provide us with umbrellas in the rain. However the heat was on blast in our room and we had to ask multiple times to turn things off with no avail. Also not staff on site 24 hours.

It's an ok staying for a couple of days (the breakfast was absolutely excellent), but I would not stay long. Our room was ridiculously small, the air conditioning was not working and the shower door falling apart. I'm native from Vicenza but live abroad, so I got a room here because I needed to be in the city for a couple of days, but I think the rooms are just too small and realistically the parking is expensive in the center, so if you are planning on staying longer and use it as a Base, I would go further out... The staff was lovely though and really accommodating, although they are not always onsite
