About this property

Modern apartment with beautiful sea views and swimming pool.

The Fioribello resort was completed in 2010. The apartment faces the sea front and has immaculate views of the Historic town of PIzzo, Tyrrhenian Sea. One bedroom, a sofa bed in the living room and a well equipped modern kitchen. A large balcony which looks out over Pizzo town and the coastline. This is a beautiful setting for breakfast and meals. One bathroom with with shower. Fioribello is a gated and safe area. Private parking. Our top floor apartment benefits from stunning sea views and also overlooks the pool and sun terrace. The furniture is brand new and of great quality and finish. The apartment is comfortable and homely and is much loved.

L'appartamento è nuovo e ben fornito di tutti i confort, la piscina ben curata.

La vacanza è andata benissimo, il complex e situato in un punto tranquillo, e a circa 1,5km ce un supermercato coop

Siamo una famiglia con 2 ragazzi di 13 e 11 anni ....Abbiamo soggiornato x 2 settimane in questo appartamento situato al 4* piano con una bella vista su parte della piscina e sul mare....l'appartamento in sé non è male ma è adatto x max 3 persone..... in bagno manca di mensole dove appoggiare sapone,spazzolini e tutto il necessario e dove appendere accappatoi ....il divano non è un normale divano letto come descritto ..... abbiamo avvisato la proprietaria e il responsabile dell'agenzia ( Paul) che arrivato a vedere il divano ha preso dall'armadio un materassino gonfiabile matrimoniale .....alla nostra richiesta di farci avere un normale divano letto ci è stato detto che non poteva far niente di più......questo ha influito x un giudizio negativo..

Relax per famiglie

Appartamento in palazzina tranquilla con piscina. Ottimo posto per chi ha i bambini e vuole una vacanza in totale relax. Per raggiungere il mare bisogna utilizzare l'auto ma la prima spiaggia è a 5 min. Nelle vicinanze c'è un grande centro commerciale. Proprietaria gentilissima e disponibile. Sul posto i suoi intermediari sono sempre a disposizione per qualsiasi evenienza. Tornerò anche la prossima estate.
