It features one bedroom with a 140 × 190 cm double bed, as well as a sofa bed of the same size in the living area, providing additional sleeping space. All beds are equipped with duvets and pillows for your comfort. The fully equipped kitchen allows you to cook independently and includes a dishwasher, a classic filter coffee maker, a kettle, a toaster, a microwave, an oven, and a fridge with freezer. The bathroom is fitted with a shower, a washing machine, a hair dryer, and a toilet. Outside, the large terrace is perfect for relaxing outdoors and enjoying the mild Mediterranean climate. For year-round comfort, the apartment is fully air-conditioned and equipped with Wi-Fi. You also have access to the shared swimming pool, used by residents of Marina Lodge, open from June 1st to September 30th, for refreshing moments throughout the summer. A private parking space is reserved for the apartment in the residence’s private parking area. For added convenience, a drop-off zone is located directly in front of the residence, making it easy to load or unload your vehicle. 👉 The RIBOLEYS team provides a welcome kit for your arrival, including dish towels and microfiber cloths, a new sponge, dishwasher tablets, dishwashing liquid, trash bags, and a bath mat, so you can settle in comfortably from the moment you arrive. 👉 The RIBOLEYS team will welcome you directly at the property to hand over the keys and will remain available throughout your stay. \## Access The flat has a single parking space at the entrance to the residence, a shared bicycle storage area and a practical ‘drop-off’ area for unloading luggage! \## Interaction Vias offers its visitors 5 km of fine sandy beaches, traditional markets with a warm atmosphere and unspoilt natural areas to discover through pleasant discovery tours, ideal for holidays in Occitanie. This typical Occitan village nestling in a remarkable natural area is a modern and dynamic seaside resort. Vias is an ideal destination for a family holiday. The town of Vias will win you over with a multitude of activities, including a visit to the André Malraux art gallery, a trip on the Canal du Midi, the pleasure of strolling through the streets of Vias on the seafront, enjoying a day at Europark or hiring a bike and cycling along part of the famous Canal du Midi or along the Mediterranean coastline. Access to the various beaches of Vias is easy via the cycle paths (2.5km) or directly from the on-site car parks. There are plenty of water-based activities on offer on the various beaches, including diving, sailing, jet skiing or paddle boarding, kitesurfing and wakeboarding, sea kayaking... The accommodation is close to a host of restaurants, bars and other shops. \## Neighborhood The house is located in a private, secure residence. It is fully gated. The residence is quiet and family-friendly. \## Transit By train: Vias train station is 1 kilometre from the historic centre of Vias. For those who prefer to arrive from Agde, there is a larger station with TER and TGV services. This station is only 5 kilometres from the centre of Vias. By plane: You can fly into Vias from Béziers Cap d'Agde airport. The airport is 5 kilometres from Vias town centre. By bus: Hérault Transport connects Vias to various towns in the Hérault department. \## Notes During July and August, the accommodation is only available for rental from Saturday to Saturday. A security deposit of 300 € will be requested upon your arrival. Guests are invited to bring their own bed linen and towels. You can book bed linen and towel kits for €10 per person per stay. Outside July and August, end-of-stay cleaning is optional. However, if you prefer, we can do it for you for a fee of 84 € TTC. End-of-stay cleaning is mandatory in July and August. If the cleaning fee does not appear when booking, it must be paid on-site when collecting the keys. Youth groups are not accepted.
