The property is located at the far end of the residence, in a quiet and family-friendly environment, within a secure gated residence. On the ground floor, you will find an air-conditioned living area with a sofa bed, a convivial dining table, and a fully equipped kitchen. The bathroom, also on the ground floor, features a shower, washbasin, washing machine, and hairdryer, while the toilets are separate. Upstairs, the house offers two air-conditioned bedrooms: one with a double bed (140 × 200 cm) and the second with two single beds (80 × 190 cm), ideal for children or friends. 👉 Each bedroom is equipped with duvets and pillows, and toilets are also available upstairs for added comfort. A large sofa bed in the living room provides additional sleeping space, if needed. The fully equipped kitchen allows you to cook just like at home, with a Dolce Gusto coffee machine, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, kettle, toaster, stovetop, and all the essentials required to prepare your meals. The property is equipped with fiber-optic Wi-Fi, ideal for remote work or streaming. Outside, enjoy a large south-facing tiled terrace, offering peace and privacy. The beach is accessible on foot (approximately 500 meters), as well as the shopping street, shops, market, and summer entertainment. Everything can be reached without a car, in a calm and family-oriented setting in Vias-Plage. 👉 A baby kit (high chair and travel cot) can be rented as an optional service for €10 per stay, ideal for traveling light with a young child. 👉 Upon arrival, the RIBOLEYS concierge service provides a welcome kit, including kitchen towels and microfiber cloths, a new sponge, dishwasher tablets, dishwashing liquid, trash bags, and a bath mat, allowing you to settle in comfortably from the very first moments. 👉 The RIBOLEYS team will welcome you directly at the property to hand over the keys and will remain available and reachable throughout your stay. \## Access The flat has two numbered parking spaces in the residence. \## Interaction Vias offers its visitors 5 km of fine sandy beaches, traditional markets with a warm atmosphere and unspoilt natural areas to discover through pleasant discovery tours, ideal for holidays in Occitanie. This typical Occitan village nestling in a remarkable natural area is a modern and dynamic seaside resort. Vias is an ideal destination for a family holiday. The town of Vias will win you over with a multitude of activities, including a visit to the André Malraux art gallery, a trip on the Canal du Midi, the pleasure of strolling through the streets of Vias on the seafront, enjoying a day at Europark or hiring a bike and cycling along part of the famous Canal du Midi or along the Mediterranean coastline. Access to the various beaches of Vias is easy via the cycle paths (2.5km) or directly from the on-site car parks. There are plenty of water-based activities on offer on the various beaches, including diving, sailing, jet skiing or paddle boarding, kitesurfing and wakeboarding, sea kayaking... The accommodation is close to a host of restaurants, bars and other shops. \## Neighborhood The house is located in a private, secure residence. It is fully gated. The residence is quiet and family-friendly. \## Transit By train: Vias railway station is 1 kilometre from the historic centre of Vias. For those who prefer to arrive from Agde, there is a larger station serving TER and TGV trains. This station is only 5 kilometres from the centre of Vias. By plane: You can fly into Vias from Béziers Cap d'Agde airport. The airport is 5 kilometres from Vias town centre. By bus: Hérault Transport connects Vias to various towns in the Hérault department. \## Notes During July and August, the accommodation is only available for rental from Saturday to Saturday. A security deposit of 300 € will be requested upon your arrival. Guests are invited to bring their own bed linen and towels. You can book bed linen and towel kits for €10 per person per stay. A baby kit (high chair and travel cot) can be rented as an optional service for €10 per stay, ideal for traveling light with a young child. Outside July and August, end-of-stay cleaning is optional. However, if you prefer, we can do it for you for a fee of 84 € TTC. End-of-stay cleaning is mandatory in July and August. If the cleaning fee does not appear when booking, it must be paid on-site when collecting the keys. Youth groups are not accepted.
