We reserved a junior suite, and it certainly was the right choice. Our room was very spacious with plenty of places to put our luggage. The restroom was also very spacious and clean. The hotel is well laid out and the amenities are top notch. We took advantage of the evening bar, as well as the gym. Both were very nice. The hotel is conveniently located, and we were able to walk to local bars and restaurants. Above all, the best part of this hotel is their service! Annapaola greeted us upon arrival. We had a long day prior, and her delightful demeanor made our evening much more pleasant. We asked for a recommendation for dinner to which we could walk, and she quickly shared one of her own favorites. This was a restaurant that we never would have found ourselves, but was possibly one of the best meals we have ever had. In the morning, she again greeted us as we checked out, and volunteered to hold our luggage and call a taxi after we returned from breakfast, which she did a couple hours later. I mean, it was not every time that I asked for something that he was doing it with a very bad vibe and not willing to help. It seemed that one day that I asked for transportation from the fair to the hotel, they made a big mess because they didn't give me the name or the license plates or the car make. In order that I can find that person, 30 minutes after they say, "Well, you need to pay because the guy is looking for you." I said, "But I don't have even the information." I started walking back to the hotel. I think that there's a couple of people, or maybe we just one people, that is a bad apple right now inside the hotel, and maybe they should just pay more attention to that.
