The service was friendly. There were some hot water issues when we were there, with the shower temperature varying greatly. "We stayed in a two bedroom cabin at this place for two nights in late May 2015. The cabin was great with plenty of room for two people and the staff were very helpful. The kitchenette included cook and dinnerware. It is in a beautiful location in the mountains within walking distance to shops and restaurants. Recommend this place for people who prefer unique accommodations rather than standard hotel rooms. Do bring your own towels - sheets are provided but not towels or dishclothes."

"It’s a good hotel and breakfast buffet is great however the staff aren’t very forthcoming with information. Should not be advertised as a hotel with pool/spa as this is run separately and €25 fee per adult for 2 hours even as a guest. Location is out of town and shuttle only runs until 7pm. Fine for ski in/out but €10 taxi into town for dinner etc "

"Fabulous location near to the centre of town, great free shuttle service to and from the ski lift. Room was clean and comfortable and although there were groups of children staying at the hotel, it was very quiet at night. Good shower and plenty of space in the room. Great choice for breakfast and lovely bar/lounge area to relax. Staff were friendly and helpful, particularly the housekeeping staff who were very friendly. "

The room was clean and very comfortable for the week. Pool table, ping pong and table football all well appreciated by the teens we had on the ski trip. Easy to walk to Clotes lift and you are right in the village. Bring ear plugs for party nights in the town - but we only heard noise on 1-2 nights and it wasn't bad. Good skis...
