"Old hotel but ok, terrible spa- old and not cosy at all"

"Generally good, staff was really good and helpful- wasn’t able to dine on site for dinner due to tour group, but there was no signage saying so ahead of time ( would have eaten in town earlier). Room had a few repairs needed like light bulb in bathroom and drain plug in tub not sealing ( it was a jet tub, so needed). Beautiful location- and again great staff!!!!"

"La struttura non è da 4 stelle, ma è tenuta bene, pulita, camere spaziose, comoda come posizione, il personale fantastico, professionale , gentile e sempre disponibile, mi riferisco ai ragazzi della reception (Antonio, Raffaella, e Samuele della sala ristorante) , la colazione buona ma non da 4 stelle, lo stesso anche la cena, suggerirei di optare anche per un menu tipico locale ogni tanto, aggiungerei il minifrigo in camera che è fondamentale, anziché costringere a compare bibite fredde,...

"This hotel was very comfortable to stay in with friendly and accommodating staff. The included breakfast was fine, not sure about the dinners as we chose to eat out. The room was clean and very comfortable for the week. Pool table, ping pong and table football all well appreciated by the teens we had on the ski trip. Easy to walk to Clotes lift and you are right in the village. Bring ear plugs for party nights in the town - but we only heard noise on 1-2 nights and it wasn't bad. Good skis...

"Great location right next to the gondola and chair lift but be prepared to walk up/down the stairs with your ski boots on to get there. Considering price/location solid deal"

"siamo stati al villaggio con il ns nipotino di 4 anni, e' stata una bellissima esperienza!!! il villaggio e' a misura di bambino, i ragazzi dell'animazione sono speciali, lo staff del villaggio e' gentilissimo e sempre disponibile, i pranzi presso il ristorante ottimi compresi quelli d'asporto, abbiamo alloggiato in un bungalow spazioso, pulito e super accessoriato,consigliatissimo!!!!"
