We had an amazing experience at Le Chalet Blanc. The staff was very attentive and kind. Wonderful restaurant with many options close by.
The view of the mountain from our room was magical.
We would love to stay there again.
Overall: good location, great bar, but the hotel management needs to look into upskilling hotel staff.
Pros: bar and restaurant, and a bartender who knows what he’s doing. Professional, attentive, creative.
Cons: major lack of services. Good luck finding anyone at breakfast if you need water. Cleaning crew is missing pieces here and there, and frankly don’t seem to care, otherwise, they would have reported shower curtain covered in mold. Sauna is overloaded with dirty towels.
There are plenty of other hotels nearby, so till the basics are fixed at the place, you might want to consider skipping it.
We stayed in summer. The hotel was clean and high level of recent maintenance so everything felt new. Really handy for a walk into town for the cable car and Monty express.
Lovely hotel; very friendly staff - we were shown to our room personally. Breakfast was excellent. Overall, this was a very good experience and we would certainly recommend Hotel Le Chalet Blanc.
The rooms are small but top notch for a French Hotel. The Restaurant is exceptional. I recommend the hotel for an overnight stay with a great dinner as well as for an extended stay to unwind and enjoy the Alps. Highly recommended.
Hotel d'une grande qualité. Chambres décorées avec gout. Très bon accueil. Excellent petit déjeuner avec des produits faits maison. Vraiment à recommander;
