This charming Duplex is composed of two bedrooms (one on each level)
with private bathroom and separate toilet, two living rooms, one with a
fireplace, a beautiful fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, microwave, oven, refrigerator, freezer...),
a private covered terrace with a 180 ° view and a private roof top with a view of the Cevennes.

The living rooms, terraces, garden and swimming pool are facing south while the
rooms are facing north for more freshness. You will have access to
common areas to two apartments (accessible 24/7) composed of a garden
with terraces, solarium, lounge, swimming pool-jacuzzi without any
opposite and where naturism is allowed.

Ideally located, the apartment is in the heart of a medieval village of character with several quality
restaurants and a café, artists and craftsmen have settled in the many winding streets.
Vézénobres, located at the gates of the Cévennes is 1 hour from the beaches of Grau
du Roi and the Camargue, 25 minutes from the Pont du Gard, 20 minutes
from Anduze and its "Bambouseraie" (Bamboo grove), 25 minutes from Uzès, 30 minutes from
Nîmes, 1 hour from Montpellier and Avignon... Also enjoy many hiking
trails through the scrub land from the village. You have a parking space in front of the house
to unload peacefully your vehicle and then the village parking (free) is 5
minutes from the cottage.
