"The room and beach were beautiful! The room was quiet and comfortable—the balcony was a great way to unwind. Check in could use improvements—the attendant was busy texting in a back room and we had to yell to get her attention. Our room was upstairs (no elevator) and no assistance was offered. The maid service made the beds and left clean towels but did not vacuum the sand we had tracked in."

"The air conditioning was awful!! LOUD. the vent was next to the bed so every time it cut in it woke us up. Also there was something in the vent that was rattling. Worst sleep ever."

"There are two pools. We found that the pool closest to the hotel was more kid friendly than the other one by the restaurant. We had a wonderful time, but it was hard to get a hold of the front desk when we needed them and it was a pain to walk all the way there from the hotel rooms which is a separate building."

"No soap, no nothing. Marina and Aqualodge smelled soooo bad like sewage. We could not stay in there. Moved to a house. Beds were really lumpy. Pool was closed the entire time we were there. Deer are adorable."

"The views were beautiful. I communicated with Joe about the comfort of the outdoor furniture. Way old and very uncomfortable. We asked if they could bring just 2 comfortable chairs for out side. We were told that this was impossible. I don’t know if this answer or not anybody"
