They would not take no for an answer and were very rude. When we did arrive they were no better at check in. There was no bottled water in the room. No kettle or tea making facilities. No welcome amenities. WiFi does not work. For the car parking you have to enter a code to access. But they change the code every few hours and don’t tell you. So every time you return you have to leave your car at the front then walk to reception and ask for a new code. They refused to give my partner warm water in a real cup for our babies bottle and said they only do paper cups. There is no phone in the room so if you have a question you have to walk down to reception. Bed is rock solid. I have not experienced a hotel like this before. Maybe it was my own fault for taking a chance at an unknown brand. But never again.
